२. एकमेकांबाबत पझेसिव्ह होणं, म्हणजे व्यक्तीला आपण 'वस्तू' आहोत असे मानणे, आणि अनेक बंधने त्याला घालणे, या पझेसिव्हनेसचा जास्त 'त्रास' होतो.

३. एकमेकांच्या मोबाईल, फेसबुक, चेक करणे किंवा एकमेकांसोबत सातत्याने ऑन लाइन असण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत रहाण्याने, संबध मजबुत न होता, कमकुवत होतात. 

४. फोन केल्यावर काय करतेस? कुठे आहेस? माझा फोन का उचलला नाहीस? मला परत फोन का केला नाहीस? तू जेवलीस का? या सगळ्या प्रश्नात कोणत्याही प्रकारची आपुलकी-आदर नसतोच, तर ते बुरख्या आडून संशय व्यक्त करण्याची पद्धत आहे. त्यातून समोरच्या व्यक्तीला मनातून रागच येत असतो. कारण तो त्यांच्या स्वातंत्र्यावरचा छुपा हल्ला असतो. 

५. आताच्या आधुनिक काळात, संशय-संवेदना-क्षमा-आदर या सर्व बाबी कमकुवत विश्वास यातूनच घडतात आणि 'युज अँड थ्रो' ही मानसिकता जास्त आहे. त्यामुळे मानसिक तणाव आणि भीती प्रमाणात वाढते.
